Can Skayle Academy train new mortgage hires before they start?
Yes. Our pre-hire training programme enrols your incoming staff in the right course before their first day. They arrive knowing mortgage underwriting fundamentals, lender guidelines, income analysis and how to review a credit file — cutting onboarding time significantly.
What is the 3-month replacement guarantee?
When we place a candidate with your organisation through our talent network, we stand behind it. If the placed professional does not work out within the first three months — for any reason — we will find and introduce a qualified replacement at our cost, not yours.
Does Skayle Academy offer group enrolment and group pricing?
Yes. Group enrolment is available for 2 or more staff, with group pricing available for 3 or more. We can coordinate a class start date and, for larger teams, provide progress tracking for managers. Contact us to discuss group arrangements.
What types of roles can you help us fill?
We introduce employers to trained mortgage professionals for roles including mortgage agent, mortgage underwriter, mortgage administrator, commercial mortgage analyst, business development manager and private lending coordinator. All introductions are subject to candidate consent, availability and agreed terms.
How long does the pre-hire training take?
Each course is self-paced, and most students complete a course in 4–8 weeks studying part-time. For pre-hire arrangements, we can work with your start date to recommend a realistic completion timeline. Most new hires can finish a single course before a standard 6–8 week notice period ends.
Can we mix courses across our team?
Yes. Different team members can be enrolled in different Skayle Academy courses. For example, new underwriters might take the Mortgage Underwriting course while your agents take Private Mortgage Lending or the Successful Mortgage Agent course. Contact us to discuss the right mix for your team.
